Jeff Quinn, Notre Dame OL Coach, Former HFBC at UB
I met Scott Pilkey 10 years ago when I became the HFBC at the University at Buffalo NY in 2010. He headed up all our recruiting efforts and did an outstanding job evaluating and recognizing who are the best S/A’s in the country. Not only did he identity talent but he had a tremendous sense of motivating them both on and off the field.
The traits that stood out about Scott was how trustworthy and genuine he is. In addition, he has a special gift for helping people to reach their full potential. Scott & I have discussed many times what UBRING does to unleash the full potential of a person’s ability. He truly has the knowledge and techniques that bring out the best in others.
I have witnessed firsthand how UBRING can impact a person’s life. It is definitely worth your time to have Scott & UBRING change your life.

Scott Pilkey brings a terrific multi phase multi level approach to dealing with human beings to motivate them to perform at their very best. As a successful coach, he had learned to combine his knowledge of the game with sharp observation and people skills. He has now added the serious science of human behavior to enable him to examine all layers of a given individual to produce an approach tailor made for them.
In essence, Scott figures out how a person ticks, identifies his or her strengths as well as obstacles to performance, then works a plan to get this student/player/client to augment their strengths whilst eliminating their obstacles so as to allow the very best of that individual to shine through. He does this with a deep passion and concern for his students/players/clients which is truly impressive.

"Friends, family, and colleagues, I have known Scott Pilkey for the better part of a decade. Scott has been a mentor, coach, and friend who has taken his ability to connect with people and formulated a structured program to help people tap into uncovered potential, face internal obstacles, and become a more empowered version of self. I recommend this program, as it has, in various ways over the years, allowed me to excel in unexpected ways. Give yourself the opportunity to grow and develop and check out UBRING!"
Jeffrey P. Jankovich, Attorney at Law/ NFL Agent
"I've represented professional athletes for over 20 years and have worked with numerous trainers, sports psychologists and others in the field to prepare athletes to achieve peak performance. I've never experienced a more distinct improvement in a client-athlete's physical performance, mental focus, and confidence than when one of my prospective NFL clients worked with Scott Pilkey. In a relatively short period of time, the development and level of preparedness was remarkable. Scott's methods are very comprehensive, and one gets the sense that he is singularly focused on your client's improvement, even though common sense would tell you that Scott obviously has other clients as well. The communication between myself and Scott was consistent and meaningful, which frankly is rare in this industry. I would not, and will not, hesitate to reach out to Scott in the future for assistance with other athlete-clients both in preparation for the NFL Draft as well as with NFL veterans looking to give themselves an edge in their off-season program."

"Funnel and fountain are two very simple words to the ordinary person. But to the ordinary eye, these words can be everything that a person needs to succeed. Someone to have in your corner to listen, give wisdom and knowledge, extend a helping hand, help you see your worth, and value, etc…Coach Pilkey has exemplified every single one of these character traits. I’ve been on the receiving end of and have witnessed him spread these qualities to many teammates throughout my 5-year tenure at the University of Buffalo.
There are so many things I have learned from Coach Pilkey that I keep with me to this day. Things that I remind myself of before games and things that I share with kids at elementary schools, high schools, and even church groups that I speak to in my down time. The thoughts of giving back were polished if not originated by Coach Pilkey and for that I am forever grateful. His legacy will continue to live on through all of us that he has touched in his journey."

"Coach Scott Pilkey does what he does and says what he says because they come from the core of his unique being, the "guidance system" of his own deepest psychological and highest spiritual dynamics. He is always careful that he is, as best he can, coming from that place of interpersonal purity and care so that he may be of greatest and humblest service to others who are also now ready to be similarly liberated into realizing their own potential in the service of others. Coach Scott Pilkey as I know the man as a fellow scholar, a faithful friend, and a human being who changes the lives he touches--sometimes in just a matter of minutes, and not only because of his intellectual adroitness but equally because of the ethical beauty of his presence. This is true intelligence. Scott Pilkey has it. Accompany him on the journey he is inviting you on, and you will find that you have it, too. "
